Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to effectively communicate with the local market and internal teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with or willingness to learn digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content for various digital platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with team members.
- Basic understanding of branding principles and how to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques is a plus, but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to promote AI Curtains Home Furnishing's products and services, aligning with overall business goals.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.Create engaging and informative content for various digital channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising, ensuring brand consistency and appeal.Manage and optimize social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and potentially others, creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build brand awareness and community.Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking campaign performance to optimize for conversions and engagement.Assist in the planning and execution of online advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising, monitoring performance and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes, such as email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation, improving efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital marketing metrics using analytics tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.Collaborate with the team to maintain and update the company website, ensuring IT is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).Support branding initiatives by ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, recommending new strategies and technologies to enhance marketing efforts.Benefits
