Marketing Strategy and Brand Management -Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning around its core USPs : Speed, Convenience, and Experience. -Lead digital, content, and performance marketing initiatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring optimal lead generation (excluding direct sales responsibility). -Oversee the creation of high-quality content assets (e.g., blogs, videos, technical guides) that support SEO, brand trust, and market education. -Monitor campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and ROI analysis. Strategic Partnerships and Market Development -Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with organizations (e.g., Koperasi, AM2U) to expand reach, co-create value propositions, and open up new markets or customer segments. -Lead business development initiatives that support the company’s expansion goals, such as new market entry or service diversification, in alignment with broader business objectives. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership activities are aligned with marketing and operational priorities. Public Relations and Corporate Communication -Manage external communications and serve as a brand spokesperson in coordination with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. -Lead corporate communications efforts during brand-impacting events, PR opportunities, or reputation management scenarios. -Develop and execute communication plans around ESG initiatives, sustainability programs, and energy efficiency compliance, enhancing the company's corporate citizenship image. Leadership, Reporting and Performance Management -Set strategic goals and KPIs for marketing, communications, partnerships, and customer engagement. -Monitor performance metrics such as brand reach, engagement rates, lead quality, and marketing ROI using dashboards and analytics tools. -Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. -Collaborate cross-functionally with other managers and departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus. -5–7 years of experience in Marketing marketing-related role. -Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns, digital performance strategies, and content development. -Experience managing strategic partnerships and public communications. -Proficient in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). -Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
