The role involves delivering quality customer service over the counter, ensuring that clients receive exceptional support and assistance. Additionally, the position requires processing and approving various types of financial and non-financial endorsements, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities also include the registration of claims documents and underwriting submissions, maintaining organized and timely records. Furthermore, the role involves processing PB requests, contributing to the smooth operation and management of these specific tasks.

You'll be responsible for :

  • Handle collection and customer enquiry over the counter
  • Signature verification, scrutiny and create service in system
  • Perform endorsement / changes to policy contract
  • Documents acknowledgment, sorting, updating of incoming mails & dispatching outgoing mails

Important to your success :

  • Time management and discipline
  • Proficient with computer skills, inclusive of Ms. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good communication – written and oral skills
  • Self motivating, effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
