What we're looking for -Have diploma or degree in food science, culinary arts, or related fields -Minimum of 2 years of experience in baking and pastry arts, particularly with frozen products, is required -Creative problem-solving skills are necessary to develop innovative solutions -The ability to follow and adapt recipes is crucial -Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
