Business Process Specialist

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical / Materials / Industrial Engineering。

2.6+ years technical sales or support experience in manufacturing industry。

3.Proficient in engineering software like CAD。

4.Fluent in English and Chinese 。

5.Strong communication and customer service skills。

6.Willing to travel for short business trips。

Responsibilities

1.Provide technical consulting and solutions for customers.

2.Support sales team in new client acquisition and technical negotiations。

3.Collect and analyze customer technical requirements, develop technical proposals。

4.Follow up on project technical implementation to ensure on-time delivery。

5.Research industry technology trends and provide product improvement suggestions。
