Requirements
Job Qualifications :
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is necessary.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Able to perform company assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
- Must have own transportation and the ability to drive to necessary locations.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
Assist in document processing and visa application procedures.Coordinate the submission of new / renewal / extension visa applications, endorsement of MM2H and PVIP visas, and other immigration-related matters to MM2H & PVIP Immigration Unit.Handle ongoing cases promptly and professionally.Stay updated on the latest immigration regulations.Report clients’ application statuses to the Head of the Department.Maintain and update client databases and records accurately.Organize and file documents appropriately.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Regularly travel around Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, etc.Benefits
