About the role
As a SharePoint Administrator you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company's SharePoint environment. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running and optimal performance of the SharePoint platform, which is a vital tool for the organisation's day-to-day operations and collaboration.
What you'll be doing
- Administering and configuring SharePoint servers, sites, and site collections to meet the needs of the business
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems with the SharePoint environment
- Performing regular backups and ensuring the integrity and security of the SharePoint data
- Implementing and enforcing SharePoint governance policies and best practices
- Providing training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionality and features
- Collaborating with the IT team to integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications and systems
- Monitoring and optimising the performance and scalability of the SharePoint platform
- Staying up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and trends, and implementing relevant updates and improvements
