This is not a traditional copywriting role. As a UX Content Associate , you will play a key role in enhancing the user experience through content strategy, user flow design, and research-driven optimizations, aiming to craft seamless and intuitive booking experiences for our users.

You will focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and engaging product content / setting while ensuring that our product pages are clear, user-friendly, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.

What you’ll do :

Analyze product content and performance data regularly to identify areas for content improvement and propose actionable strategies to optimize performance

Manage product content for travel products, ensuring that descriptions, pricing, and settings are up to date and optimized for customer engagement

Conduct regular user research and testing to identify ways to streamline the booking experience, enabling faster decision-making for customers

Work closely with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to support projects that enhance the user experience

Analyze data and challenge existing pain points to identify potential causes of problems and propose solutions accordingly

Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, with a focus on enhancing the user booking experience

What you'll need :

Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Customer-focused and always seeking what is best for the customer

Able to handle routine work with a positive attitude and maintain consistent performance over time

High responsibility, strong attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughly

Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluent Chinese is a plus

Content creation and data entry experience are a plus

Data analytical skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and product content are a plus

Proactive, efficient, quick to learn, and has a strong work ethic

Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
