Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in IT with at least two (2) years of technical experience in higher education. Candidates with a diploma and have at least three (3) years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience in using LMS and other educational tools and systems.
- Have intermediate skills in using MSOffice (Word and Excel) and preferably have experience in educational systems.
- Skills in multimedia software is preferred.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance and problem-solving solutions related to the usage of LMS and other educational tools to internal stakeholders.Monitor the performance and updates to the LMS and educational tools and act if necessary.Communicate any updates and changes to LMS and educational tools to the relevant stakeholders.Make recommendations to Management to enhance the LMS and tools that will improve the delivery of e-learning materials.Provide administrative support to the Head, Centre for Digital Learning in managing external vendors.Any other task as assigned by the Head.Benefits
