Requirements

  • 0–10 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for CRM are welcome!).
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment .
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or other CRM platforms is a plus
  • Experience in data management, automation, and workflow optimization is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot CRM Management – Maintain and update customer profiles, lead statuses, and sales pipelines to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Automation & Workflow Optimization – Set up and refine email sequences, workflows, and automation rules to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Lead Management & Segmentation – Organize and segment customer and prospect lists for targeted marketing campaigns and efficient sales follow-ups.
  • Data Clean-Up & Integrity – Conduct regular audits to remove duplicate entries, standardize data, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Sales & Marketing Support – Assist in task creation and assignment for the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking customer interactions.
  • Reporting & Insights – Generate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline progress, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Integration & System Enhancements – Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to integrate HubSpot with other platforms (e.g., ad platforms, email marketing tools) for seamless data flow.
  • Stay Updated – Keep up with HubSpot’s latest features and CRM best practices to continuously enhance processes.
