Requirements

  • Language required : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related role.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Designer or a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showing your design skills.
  • Skilled in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) and other industry tools.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
  • Experience in leading design projects and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design process for different projects, such as branding, digital, and multimedia.
  • Work with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand needs and create creative solutions.
  • Develop and execute new design ideas that match brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers by giving feedback and helping them grow.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to keep visuals consistent.
  • Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders, making changes based on feedback.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
  • Keep up with design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing new ideas into your work.
  • Pay attention to detail, making sure all designs are consistent and excellent.
