Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Prior experiences in purchasing, logistics, or administrative roles is an advantages
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with customs procedures, import / export documentation, and tax exemption processes is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handing multiple task effectively
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day purchasing and sourcing activities to achieve cost efficiency and support operational needsResponsible for day-to-day purchasing and sourcing activities to achieve cost efficiency and support operational needsPerform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment, and selection based on quality, price, delivery, and reliabilityNegotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliersMaintain supplier performance monitoring and vendor relationship management for continuous improvementMonitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability to avoid production downtime or late deliveriesMaintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and filing systemsSupport internal departments by understanding material needs and ensuring timely fulfillment.Perform other responsibilities as assigned by a superior or management from time to timeBenefits
Monthly Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,200 (Based on experience)
