Qualification and Experience -3–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP system implementation, configuration, or business system integration. -Proven experience in regional or multi-location projects involving ERP rollout or enterprise tool deployments. -Strong understanding of business process mapping (especially in finance, inventory, and supply chain operations). -Proficient in at least one major ERP platform (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite). -Experience with system integration tools, APIs, and middleware for cross-system data flow. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specs. -Project-oriented mindset : organized, proactive, and capable of managing timelines across multiple stakeholders and locations. -ERP experience in retail or FandB multi-outlet environments. -Familiarity with POS-ERP integration use cases and store-level operational flows. -Exposure to financial, procurement, inventory, or warehouse modules. -ERP or project management certifications (e.g., Odoo Certified, PMP, Prince2) are advantageous. a Necessity, not a Luxury
