Functional

Requirements
Malaysian citizen.SPM qualification holder and above.Analytical Acumen : Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex spatial data and translate it into clear business strategies.Technical Expertise : Expert-level proficiency in GIS software and experience with large datasets. Familiarity with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and modeling is a plus.Strategic Thinker : Ability to connect granular data insights to broader business objectives and long-term network strategy.Communication & Presentation : Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
