Requirements
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
- Comfortable with using your own phone for calls.

Responsibilities
Call potential clients from a provided list to introduce the company's logistics services.Set appointments with interested clients for the sales team to follow up on.Maintain a professional and persuasive approach during calls to achieve appointment goals.Document and track all client interactions and appointment details in the system.Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure appointments are confirmed.Provide feedback on client responses and market trends to management.Benefits
