Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Design, Mass Communication, Marketing or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Proficiency in graphic design & video editing software such as CapCut,Canva,Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and an eye for design & aesthetics
  • Aware of the trends in social media
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion in fashion

Responsibilities

  • Develop high quality, engaging content strategies aligned with the brand.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit original short videos for social media platform, ensuring professional lighting, sound and visual aesthetics to showcase products.
  • Take and edit high quality product photos for listings.
  • Confidently present on camera to demonstrate and explain products.
  • Research, come up with ideas and produce video scripts and articles for content marketing on social platforms TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that align with company’s goals and target audience.
  • Manage and update content calendar on a weekly / monthly basis.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, making recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends and challenges, integrating them into our content strategy to maintain relevance and virality.
  • Optimize content for SEO and monitor performance metrics.
  • Assist in other marketing and promotional activities as needed.
