Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business , Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experiences in the related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill s, with excellent presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative while working independently
- Proficiency in CRM Software and other sales tools; ability to speak and understand Chinese is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a dynamic lead generation plan, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and annual targets.Drive new account development, engaging with key decision makers and assessing client needs to deliver innovative solutions.Strategically organize and schedule sales activities, including exiting marketing initiatives to boost promotions.Regularly follow up with prospects to swiftly close deals, actively listening to understand their needs and budgets to recommend the perfect product or package.Participate in exciting company events and networking opportunities to expand your professional connections.Continuously refine and enhance your skills to drive business growth and exceed targets.Benefits
