Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has strong leadership skills to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
Responsible to manage the retail sales by organizing and leading the service advisors in their achievement of targeted sales, throughput and implement aggressive selling and customer retention activities.To plan and manage the front office reception to achieve targeted customer satisfaction index.Ensure strict compliance to company's policies and procedures pertaining to warranty jobs, cash and credit cards.Responsible for effective utilization of 3-in-1 to monitor and control WIP, Back Orders, Follow Up, Appointments and Service Reminders.Ensure prompt submission of well documented special service campaigns, technical report and fix IT right programmes.Ensure effective liaison on operational and administrative matters with both internal department and external suppliers.Benefits
