Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the automotive industry.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has strong leadership skills to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to manage the retail sales by organizing and leading the service advisors in their achievement of targeted sales, throughput and implement aggressive selling and customer retention activities.
  • To plan and manage the front office reception to achieve targeted customer satisfaction index.
  • Ensure strict compliance to company's policies and procedures pertaining to warranty jobs, cash and credit cards.
  • Responsible for effective utilization of 3-in-1 to monitor and control WIP, Back Orders, Follow Up, Appointments and Service Reminders.
  • Ensure prompt submission of well documented special service campaigns, technical report and fix IT right programmes.
  • Ensure effective liaison on operational and administrative matters with both internal department and external suppliers.
