Responsibilities
Maintain HR operational documents eg. Policies and Guidelines, Contracts of Employment, etcRecruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering and administering the signing of contractsOn-boarding and induction activitiesOff-boarding processManage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation etcManage holiday calendars and leave balanceAssist to prepare monthly management manpower reportsCompliance with all government divisionsAssist in any other tasks assigned that related to human resourceBenefits
