Responsibilities

and Accountabilities :

Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to RPP, FPX, IBG, Auto Debit and RENTAS transactions.
  • Reconcile payment system transactions with Paynet / BNM settlement records and internal records.
  • Generate financial reports related to RPP, FPX, IBG, Auto Debit and RENTAS activity.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights.
  • Ensurepliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting and payment system regulations.
  • Work closely with other departments, including operations and technology, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the full customer interaction lifecycle, independently resolvingplex issues with strong problem-solving skills.

Jobholder Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen.

    • Education / Qualification

  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline or experience in payments or branch operations and risk management.

    • Experience / Requirements

  • 3 years and above experience in GL reconciliation.
  • Rapport with PayNet and SWIFT would be essential.
  • Working proficiency in English and Malay and strong analytical skills with problem solving skills.
  • Possess strong aptitude inputerized accounting environments as well as Microsoft Office.
