Order Processing and Data Entry :

  • Input orders and maintain customer delivery dates in the system.

Delivery Coordination :

  • Follow up on delivery due dates with the Purchasing Team.
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries between the warehouse and clients.
  • Payment Handling :

  • Collaborate with the Credit Team on PI payments and address customer payment delays.
  • RMA Management :

  • Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issues with customers.
  • Sales Team Support :

  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Customer Service :

  • Manage post-sales follow-ups and customer inquiries.
  • Service existing and new accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement :

  • Aim to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Quarterly Reviews :

  • Conduct quarterly excess reviews with customers.
