Able to speak either English or Mandarin
Working location within Klang Valley (KL & Selangor)
Good Communication, and Customer Service skills
Good in Marketing and Negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Market Properties : Involved in sales and marketing of sub-sales and new development properties.

Negotiate Deals : Represent clients in negotiations to secure the best outcomes.

Stay Updated : Keep an eye on the real estate market trends to provide clients with the latest information + news.

Guide Clients : Assist buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants through the real estate process, providing expert advice and support.

To coordinate on the sales and rental transactions.

To source for potential buyers, investors and tenants.
