Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required in this position or more of related working experience.
- Knowledge of full set payroll is preferred.
- Proficient in HR matters.
- Well-versed in Malaysia labour law such as Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc.
- Positive attitude and possess a high level of CONFIDENTIALITY.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR related functions.Manage full cycle of monthly payroll functions that include preparation and processing of monthly payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.Responsible for processing and checking attendance including leave, overtime, part time wages and intern student allowances.Check overtime claims and attendance records in order to update on any absenteeism, unpaid leave, absconding, resignation and new staff.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process.Maintain and update staff personnel files in the payroll system.Responsible ensure that all documentation is complying with internal standards, statutory requirements and deadlines.Support in HR audits and ensure data integrity.Attend to all payroll queries or payroll computations raised by the staff.Preparing memorandum to communicate new company directives and policies to employees.Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.Benefits
