Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts and administrative tasks.
- Experience in audit and tax compliance is an added advantage.
- Proficient in accounting software Auto Count and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and audit procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin speaker candidates preferred.
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts, perform month-end closing, and review monthly management accounts accurately and on time.Oversee daily accounting operations and monitor daily cash flow updates.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparation and submission of SST, corporate tax, and related filings.Assist with audit processes, including preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors.Timely reporting : Ensure monthly accounts are closed promptly, maintaining the financial health of the organization.Office administration : Contribute to general office administration tasks, supporting the overall efficiency of the workplace.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial and administrative records.Liaise with banks, tax agents, auditors, and government authorities.Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.Ad-hoc duties : Assist with additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to learn.Benefits
