Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems, ensuring they are clean and in good working order. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a friendly and efficient manner. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash register operations, ensuring proper accounting of all sales. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, seating area, and storage areas, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor to ensure adequate stock levels. Follow company policies and procedures regarding food safety, quality control, and customer service, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up the coffee bar, preparing ingredients, and cleaning equipment, to ensure smooth operations. Annual Leave Medical Leave SOCSO

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring that all products are prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Restock supplies and inventory as needed, ensuring that all necessary items are available for service.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and performance standards.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
