Responsibilities

Responsible for Risk andpliance for PDernance and achievement of set targets through proper tracking, monitoring with timely closure.
To engage respective stakeholders between 1st line and 2nd line of Defense and seek proper advice from Risk andpliance when feasible.
To ensure timely and accurate submission of Risk andpliance gap analysis, control and self-assessment as per Risk andpliance.
To manage stakeholders' expectation related to Risk andpliance.
To provide advice, support and drive new initiatives as per Risk,pliance and Regulatory guideline or requirement independently.
To ensureernance performance review adhered to Risk andpliance guide including Regional expectation.
Ensuring cooperation in deep dive reviews, incident investigation and reporting management.
To identify and escalate any risk or emerging risk issues, as appropriate.
To ensure Risk andpliance related awareness when needed.
To build rapport and provideernance support to PD business division.
Perform any other duties that assigned by Superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION

a. Work Experiences

At least 5 years Risk andpliance experience, preferably in lending or financial service industry.

b. Education / Qualifications

Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.

PCE, CEILI related courses would be an advantage.

c. Knowledge / Skills

Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills.

Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Responsible and ability to work under minimum supervision.

Positive mindset and a good team player.
