Requirements
- Education Requirement : Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Work Experience : At least 1 year of documented experience as a Quality Analyst, preferably with a background in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory .
- Experience in customer service within the travel or hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
Ensure all transactions handled by associates comply with client guidelines.Perform root cause analysis and other data-driven evaluations to identify trends and issues.Collaborate as a project team member on initiatives focused on problem prevention and continuous improvement.Identify and recommend process enhancements within the eCommerce environment.Serve as a liaison between Operations Managers and Team Leads to maintain consistent quality standards across the team.Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) evaluations in accordance with client requirements and provide regular QA progress updates to Team Leads.Act as a key point of contact for process-related inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA evaluation processes.Benefits
