Role Overview We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth. You’ll own both inbound and outbound sales activities, manage the CRM pipeline, support proposal development, and collaborate closely with our senior leads to convert opportunities into long-term clients. What We’re Looking For -1–3 years of business development experience (agency experience a plus) -Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and client-facing confidence -Self-starter mindset; comfortable working both independently and in a team
