Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead and drive digital banking transformation initiatives in the Global Wholesale Banking (GWB) domain. This role is pivotal in managing two or more Agile squads (15+ members) and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of digital banking services and applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and architecture to enable end-to-end project success using Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple Agile squads focused on digital product delivery in the GWB space.
• Drive project planning, sprint execution, and end-to-end delivery management across distributed teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress and align delivery outcomes with roadmap goals using tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred).
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, product owners, and DevOps to remove blockers and streamline delivery.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks early through proactive measures.
• Ensure alignment with CI / CD best practices and promote automation in testing and deployment (good-to-have).
• Provide regular delivery performance updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Cultivate a strong delivery culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
