JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for the quality control aspects of IQC, PQC, OQC as well as the work from subcontractors.

To implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity of parts to quality

standards.

To prepared the presentable Corrective action report after consult with the respective person and

person in charge.

To attend customer enquires related to quality issue, customer claim, customer return and

coordinate customer audit when required.

To prepare quality inspection plan & Standard operation procedure for all new products and

existing products.

To involve in new product introduction and follow up with Engineers on product quality

planning to achieve customer needs and requirement.

To submit monthly progress report of quality control status of company product to superior.

To perform the role of Quality Management Representative (QMR / EMR) & Plan and

Initiate yearly internal audit and Management Review Meeting.

To perform any other duties, define by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline

Minimum 8 Years of Working Experience in Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing, Plastic Injection Moulding

Strong interpersonal and management skills.

Able to lead the internal team and deal with external customers on the quality issues and customer audits.

Technical experience in the plastic molding industry or EMS manufacturing environment

Have deep knowledge in APQP / PPAP / FMEA / SPC / Control Plan.

Have practical problem-solving skills such as PDCA / QCC / 5W1H

English / Malay is a must
