Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO / SEM, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong in social media content planning and community engagement.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan and run digital ad campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Manage website content and improve visibility through SEO / SEM.

    • 2. Social Media Management

  • Create and execute social media strategies to increase followers and engagement.
  • Post timely, relevant content that supports brand and marketing goals.

    • 3. E-Commerce Management

  • Oversee online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Manage product listings, promotions, and ads., ensure timely fulfilment of orders and monitor inventory accuracy.

    • 4. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with HQ, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Explore collaboration opportunities to increase brand visibility.

    • 5. Media, KOLs & Content Creation

  • Liaise with PR agencies for media coverage and content in multiple languages.
  • Manage influencer / KOL partnerships and brand campaigns.

    • 6. Branding & Communication

  • Support branding and storytelling strategies for the company.
  • Help plan promotional campaigns and coordinate outlet branding.

    • 7. Reporting & Budgeting

  • Track campaign results and report on performance.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenses.

    • 8. Market Research

  • Stay updated on competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
  • Suggest creative ideas to stay ahead of the market.
