Responsibilities
Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entryMaintain proper documentation and record-keeping systemsAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiriesPrepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, receipt, and other related documentHandle daily data entry for sales, purchases, and expensesPerform basic bookkeeping and update accounting recordsReconcile bank statements and company accountsAssist with preparation and processing of monthly payrollEnsure timely submission of statutory contributions (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB)Handle pay slip distribution and related documentationMaintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee informationWork closely with the accounts and the teamPerform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or managementSupport other departments if neededBenefits
