Requirements

  • Leads Provided ( No cold calling strangers from the Yellow Pages. We give you hot leads.)
  • No Signboard / Signage Product Experience Required
  • On-the-Job Training ( Don’t know signage? We’ll teach you! We turn you into signage superheroes)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and propose suitable signage solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, enquiries, and ongoing projects to ensure timely closure of sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and project discussions as needed.
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, or exhibitions if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • No Experience Required
  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in sales (experience in signage, advertising, or related industries is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits or site surveys.
  • Goal-driven with a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
