Penerangan pekerjaanInterpret customer specs and set up BOM in the system. Prepare documentation with QA (WI, Test Plans, PFMEA, etc.) Coordinate line layout and SMT setup for production. Estimate project timelines. Monitor production and workout process improvements. Troubleshoot test failures boards. Liaise with vendors and ensure spare part availability. Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 years working experience in related field will be advantage.
- Familiar with PCBA process - SMT, Manual Insert, Selective Wave Soldering, Wave Soldering & Box Build process will be advantage.
- Must be computer literature.
- Sufficient knowledge of reading schematics and components' datasheets.
- Able to work independently and have good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
