Job Title : Finance Executive (Collections & Billing)

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Korean-speaking Finance Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur office. In this hybrid role, you’ll support both the Korea and Malaysia finance teams with billing, collections, and client-facing operations. You'll also contribute to financial reporting activities and ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations within a regulated, multinational environment.

Responsibilities : Finance Operations

• Manage revenue and accounts receivables
• Process staff expense claims
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with VAT filings and corporate tax returns
• Handle ad-hoc finance requests as needed
