How you create impact

• Support recruiters in identifying and engaging top talent through platforms like LinkedIn and job boards
• Help craft strategic Boolean search strings and candidate lists for hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct market research and assist with talent mapping projects
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and update candidate data in our ATS
• Participate in intake calls and gain exposure to stakeholder interactions across business units
