An FMCG distributor is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager. Your new role As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will take charge of overseeing and optimising warehouse operations and logistics to ensure efficient inventory management and smooth distribution processes across Malaysia. This role includes implementing process and system improvement methodologies across both functions to increase operational efficiency and reduce lead time whilst continuously maximising warehouse efficiency by designing effective layouts, improving space utilisation, and ensuring that inventory is stored and tracked accurately. You will also be responsible for managing a range of fleets to distribute goods across Malaysia. What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive hands-on experience in FMCG Warehouse & Logistics Management / Operations – must have.
• Implement warehouse organisation strategies to ensure optimal space utilisation, efficient workflow, and accurate inventory.
• Hands-on distribution experience across Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia).
• Experienced in process and system improvement to increase warehouse and logistics operation efficiency
• Thoroughly review, revise and implement relevant KPIs / SOPs to increase productivity and warehouse operation efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
