Requirements

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Civil Engineering
Required skill : AutoCAD drafting skill
Familiar with project-related items market rate
Preferably 3 years working experience at similar position
Applicants must willing work at Pandamaran, Port Klang
Applicants must willing to travel interstate from time to time

Responsibilities

Controlling & monitoring pricing and costing

Administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, loss and expenses, project cost control, etc

Co-ordination on the design, execution and installation works, testing and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical Services and associated works as well as other related services.

Attend client / project meeting & negotiation

Oversee the financial contract administration throughout the project duration

Obtain quotations, liaise with various suppliers & sub-cons
