What is your mission?
Develop creative concepts and the accompanying visuals across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, apps, print advertising, press releases and articles.
Process and understand job briefs, ideate and determine how best to represent a concept visually in solving business and campaign objectives.
Create relevant and engaging designs based on the evolving cultural and technological insights within the region, while ensuring consistent improvement of designing skills based on the feedback provided.
Create mini animated social videos and ensure versatility in creating different design styles.
Ensure that all communications adhere to respective client's visual tone and personality.
Develop and maintain a visual strategy for clients in multiple platforms, including social marketing, digital advertising, and web content.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Design, Graphic Arts, Advertising or similar fields.
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
Ability to think creatively, translating ideas and insights into visuals.
Possesses strong knowledge in design and its best practices throughout different campaign collaterals.
Demonstrates a passion for design and advertising, with an eye for detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a team, willing to work collectively as a team with art partners, designers, and developers to ideate and create solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
