Requirements
- Experience : 3+ years in digital marketing agency or equivalent
- Skillset : Performance marketing (Meta, Google), SEO basics, client communication, project management tools
- Tools : Proficient in ClickUp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio
- Language : English (written and spoken), Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Work Type : Full-time remote or hybrid (based in Malaysia or Southeast Asia preferred)
Responsibilities
Project & Client Management Coordinate and oversee all client deliverables across SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.Maintain timelines, allocate tasks, and manage team check-ins.Serve as the main point of contact for client communication.Digital Marketing Oversight Review and QA media plans, ad copies, SEO reports, and campaign dashboards.Provide strategic input during campaign planning and reporting phases.Understand key KPIs : ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, bounce rate, keyword ranking, etc.Team Coordination Work closely with freelancers (performance marketer, designer, SEO).Track performance and delivery output weekly.Use tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana to manage tasks.Reporting & Documentation Standardize monthly performance reports.Maintain client folders and project trackers.Prepare meeting notes and execution summaries.Benefits
