Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and ensuring order accuracy.Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to established service standards and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, communicating any special requests or dietary needs effectively.Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment at all times.Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting tables, stocking supplies, and cleaning the dining area.Benefits
