Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the general and wholesale trading industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Experience in managing inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations within a wholesale trading environment.
- Knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Responsibilities
