Penerangan pekerjaanAble to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities - Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account - Ensure financial and management reports and completed and submitted according to the schedule, determined by the management - Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (eg : fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing and etc) - Ensure accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with company’s policies and in accordance with accounting standards and statutory laws and regulations - Supervised accounting staff as required. Provides guidance, advice and support to direct reports to ensure issues are resolved and addressed appropriately in a timely fashion - Hand on experience in handling taxation and statutory accounts; liaising with the external auditors, tax agent, government and other professional bodies - To communicate with all levels for daily related tasks - Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-jvv-international-sdn-bhd-job-senior-account-executive-0] Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution -Good command of Mandarin – both verbal and written(MUST) -At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in tax, audit or accounts. -Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills. -Able to work independently under minimal supervision and able to work under pressure and meet deadline -Required Skills : Ms Excel , Word, SQL Accounting System
