Job Responsibilities :

Pre-Sales

  • Conduct product-related testing based on customer application requirements.

After-Sales :

  • Provide technical support, including training, maintenance, hands-on repair, and remote assistance
  • Handle customer technical inquiries.
  • Feedback on product-related issues to research and development for improvement.
  • Summarize and organize issues into technical reports.
  • Support team members in completing information collection and compilation on time.

    • Job Requirement :

  • Must be pursuing at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Software, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Willingness to be hands-on.
  • Friendly, energetic, and passionate, independent with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
