Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in property development project management, preferably handling residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of the property development process , from pre-development (design, approvals) to construction and handover.
- Solid knowledge of local authority requirements , building by-laws, and statutory submission processes.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantageous for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
- Highly organized with strong project planning, contract administration, and budget management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) ; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Willing to travel to project sites when necessary.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.

We are seeking a competent, proactive, and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our property development projects from concept to completion.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end project development , including land acquisition support, design development, authority submissions, construction, and handover.Manage the entire project lifecycle , ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards .Coordinate and liaise with internal teams (design, sales, finance, contract, and marketing) and external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, authorities, and suppliers.Monitor project progress with strict control over timelines, costs, quality, safety, and compliance with statutory requirements.Manage authority submissions and approvals, ensuring compliance with local building regulations, planning permissions, and other legal requirements.Oversee contract administration, cost management, and procurement processes in collaboration with quantity surveyors and contract teams.Chair regular site, technical, and project progress meetings , ensuring prompt issue resolution and proactive risk management.Drive project teams to achieve key milestones and manage expectations of stakeholders, including investors, joint venture partners, and landowners.Prepare and present accurate project reports, cost forecasts, and progress updates to the management and stakeholders.Proactively solve project challenges, mitigate risks, and maintain a high standard of project delivery, quality, and safety .Lead the handover process, including the delivery of completed units to purchasers and final account settlement.Benefits
