Requirements

  • Possess a Certificate in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (Seri Kembangan based).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new social media marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.
  • There are 3 shifts available : 12AM-8AM, 8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming chats and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Follow up customer chats where necessary.
  • Document all chat information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete chat logs and reports.
  • Produce chat summaries (As Required).
  • Provide quality customer service.
