Position Overview
We are seeking for an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, system performance, and logistics data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure operational targets are met.
- Ensure accurate and timely order picking and packing.
- Monitor and resolve system-related issues, including ITSTD tickets and pending orders.
- Track warehouse performance, including other locations under Quex Courier.
- Collaborate with S&OP, Fulfillment, and MM teams to support stock management and order fulfillment.
- Review global OS reports and investigate unfulfilled orders.
- Maintain and manage the QUEX WMS database.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate reports and support automation initiatives with the ERP team.
- Contribute to system integration, implementation, and IT maintenance activities.
- Support new projects, including requirement analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure warehouse security procedures are followed and audited.
- Conduct user and new staff training.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or courier services.Strong computer literacy : programming knowledge is an advantage.Analytical, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
