• Develop content, competencies standard, learning outcome, lesson plan, pre-test, post-test, and practical test / assessments.
• Complete foundational level service technical competencies.
• Facilitate service foundational level courses and assessments.
• Coaching foundational & Advanced service technicians.
• Conduct research and development for subjects intending to train others.
• Monitor the progress of trainees’ / participants' performance during training.
• Taking care of all tools especially specialized tools for training sustainability.
• Maintain proper records on the inventory of training resources (equipment / tools), and proper housekeeping in the Learning Centre by carrying out inventory checks regularly.

• Assist in ISO QMS 9001 : 2015 (Process Owner).
