Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong training delivery skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Experience or knowledge in curriculum development, specifically for skills-based training programs.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety protocols relevant to the cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and interact with trainees and staff.
- Ability to work onsite in Puchong and adapt to the company's training needs and schedules.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on cleaning procedures, techniques, and best practices for new and existing cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos, incorporating the latest cleaning technologies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.Assess the training needs of cleaning staff through observation, surveys, and performance evaluations, and design customized training programs to address identified skill gaps and improve overall performance.Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, catering to the diverse linguistic backgrounds of the cleaning staff and ensuring effective communication of key concepts.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments, feedback surveys, and on-the-job observations, and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes and ensure knowledge retention.Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participant progress, and training program evaluations, and prepare reports for management on training activities and outcomes.Stay up-to-date on the latest cleaning technologies, products, and industry trends, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs to ensure that cleaning staff are equipped with the most current and effective cleaning methods.Benefits
