Training Plan : Digital Marketing Implementation

Internship duration : 6 months

Key duties & responsibilities

Supporting SFMC operations, including blueprint development, contact strategy planning for markets, review demands from markets on template enhancement, CRM measurement KPIs report and dashboard, IT blocker management etc.
Supporting CRM data quality management topics.

Social

Supporting social media related tasks, i.e. social media activations and report preparation, social media governance and monitoring, ad-hoc projects (i.e. social media pitch and follow-up), etc.

Presentations

Preparing management report and presentation, including status update on digital marketing activations, SFMC journey implementatio
